This extremely tender cut of hangs beautifully between the rib and loin of the beef. Only one of these amazing steaks are produced per cow making it a gift to enjoy. This tender cut is made of a pair of muscles that make a v shape. Because of this, there is an inedible membrane down the middle. Don't let that stop you from enjoying this rare and tender find!

Hanger steaks are a great option to cook and slice thinly for steak tacos! 

Each steak is approximately 1.25-1.5 pounds.

Depending on your zone, all orders ship from $18-46 for the continental United States and $99 to Hawaii and Alaska. In addition, we utilize monthly deliveries to Jacksonville, IL and weekly deliveries to Camp Point, Barry, & Quincy, IL. This option should appear at checkout if you are in these zip code areas.
